Uploading my receipt (SPEI / OXXO)
This step only applies if you paid with SPEI (bank transfer) or OXXO (in-store payment). With a card or PayPal, payment is confirmed automatically and you don't need to do anything else.
When should I upload the receipt?
Immediately after making the payment. The sooner you upload it, the sooner the system releases your download.
Steps to upload your receipt
- Go to
/tienda/orden/{n}— the direct link to your order appears in the confirmation email you received when you placed the order. - Find the Payment receipt section.
- Click Upload receipt.
- Select the photo from your device. Accepted formats: JPG or PNG. Recommended maximum size: 10 MB.
- Click Submit.
Your order status will change to "Verifying." The process is usually automatic and takes minutes.
Tips for a good photo
A poor-quality photo can delay or prevent verification. Keep in mind:
- Fully visible: the receipt must be completely visible, with nothing cut off. Include the reference number, amount, date, and destination account.
- Legible: the text must be readable without difficulty. Avoid blurry or poorly lit photos.
- No filters or edits: upload the original photo exactly as it came from your camera or screenshot. Don't edit it.
- Correct format: JPG or PNG only. Don't upload PDFs or screenshots in HEIC (convert them to JPG first).
Verification times
Under normal conditions, automatic verification takes less than 15 minutes from when you upload the file. If after that window the status is still "Verifying," it may be due to high demand — wait a bit longer. If after 2 hours there's no change, contact us (see below).
Why might my receipt be rejected?
If the status changes to "Rejected", the on-screen message indicates the reason. The most common ones are:

| Incorrect amount | Check if you paid too little. If so, the balance is saved as a partial payment; you need to pay the difference and upload the new receipt. |
| Incorrect destination account | You transferred to a different CLABE than the one shown. Contact your bank to verify; write to us at /contact. |
| Illegible photo | Take a new photo with better lighting and upload it again from the same page. |
| Receipt already used | That receipt was already applied to another order. If you think it's an error, contact us. |
You can re-upload a corrected receipt from the same order page.
