Refunds and cancellations

At EncuentraIglesias we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Here we explain when you can request a refund and how the process works.

Full refund (product not downloaded)

If you bought a product and have not downloaded it, you can request a full refund of the amount paid, as long as you do so within 14 calendar days of the purchase. No questions asked.

Refund for a product error

If you already downloaded the product but find a serious problem — damaged file, content different from what was described, or an error that makes the material unusable — we'll review your case individually. We generally refund the amount or replace the product with the correct one. We won't leave anyone without a solution when the error is ours.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to /contact.
  2. In your message include:
    • Your order number (found in /shop/my-purchases or the confirmation email).
    • The reason for your request.
  3. Send the message.

The EncuentraIglesias team will respond within a maximum of 2 business days to confirm whether the refund applies and explain the next steps.

Processing times

How long it takes for the money to arrive depends on the original payment method:

Payment method Estimated time
Card (Stripe) 3–7 business days
PayPal 1–3 business days
SPEI / OXXO Up to 10 business days (credited to your account or managed with your bank)

These are estimates; banks or platforms may occasionally take a bit longer.

What the refund policy doesn't cover

  • Requests after 14 days when the product has already been downloaded.
  • Change of mind after downloading when the product works correctly and matches the description.
