My purchases: history, receipts, and re-downloading
Everything you've purchased is saved in your account. You can review your orders, download receipts, and re-download your products whenever you need them.
What you'll find in /mis-compras
Go to /shop/my-purchases while signed in. You'll see a list of all your orders, from most recent to oldest. Each row shows:
- Date of purchase.
- Products included in the order.
- Total amount and currency.
- Payment method used.
- Order status (paid, under review, pending, etc.).
- Downloadable PDF receipt.
- Download button for each product.
How to download your receipt
- Find the order in the list.
- Click PDF Receipt (or the download icon next to the status).
- The PDF downloads with the transaction details: order number, products, amount, taxes, and payment method.
Receipts are also sent automatically to your registered email as soon as payment is confirmed.
Re-downloading a product
If the download link you had expired, simply click the Download button that appears next to the product in your history. The system generates a new link immediately.
Filter by year
If you have many orders, you can use the year filter at the top of the history to find what you're looking for more easily.
Still not working?
If an order doesn't appear in your history even though you received a confirmation email, or if you can't download your receipt, contact us at /contact with your order number and we'll sort it out.
