Downloading my purchased products
Once your payment is confirmed, your products are available in your account. There's no download limit, and you can always get a fresh link if the previous one expired.
Where are my products?
Go to /shop/my-purchases. There you'll see your complete order history. Each order shows the included products; next to each one there's a Download button.
How to download
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to
/shop/my-purchases. - Find the order containing the product you want.
- Click Download next to the product name.
- The file begins downloading to your device.
Links expire, but you can regenerate them
For security, each download link has a limited validity. If you try to use an old link (for example from the confirmation email) and it's expired, don't worry: go back to /shop/my-purchases, find the product, and click Download again. The system generates a fresh link right then.
The link you get by clicking is always new and valid.
How many times can I download?
As many times as you need. There's no download limit per purchased product.
