How to buy a product

Buying from the EncuentraIglesias store is quick: choose your product, pay, and within minutes the file is in your account. Here's each step explained.

1. Choose your product

Browse to /shop and select the devotional, PDF, or course you want. Each product shows its description, language, and price. Click Buy when you're ready.

2. Review your order

You'll see a summary with the product name, price, and applicable taxes. If you have accumulated credits in your account, the system applies them automatically and reduces the total.

3. Choose your payment method

Select one of the four available methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Stripe) — available in all countries, immediate charge.
  • PayPal — available in all countries, immediate charge.
  • SPEI — bank transfer (local method, available in some countries).
  • OXXO — in-store payment (local method, available in some countries).

4. Complete the payment

  • Stripe or PayPal: enter your details in the secure payment form and confirm. The charge is immediate.
  • SPEI or OXXO: the payment details or payment slip are generated for you. You need to make the payment at your bank or OXXO and then upload a photo of the receipt on your order page.

5. Wait for confirmation

  • With Stripe or PayPal, confirmation arrives within seconds.
  • With SPEI or OXXO, the system verifies the receipt automatically; it generally takes minutes.

As soon as the payment is validated, you'll receive a confirmation email with your purchase summary and a direct link to the download.

6. Download your product

Go to /shop/my-purchases. There you'll find all your orders. Click the Download button next to the product. The link is personal and has a limited validity, but you can generate a new one from the same page whenever you need it.
