The site looks broken on my phone or won't load
Sometimes the browser saves an old version of the site, or there's a conflict with the connection. Most mobile display issues are resolved in two minutes with these steps.
1. Clear the browser cache
Chrome (Android or iPhone):
- Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
- Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Check "Cached images and files" and tap Clear data.
- Reload the site.
Safari (iPhone):
- Go to your iPhone's Settings (not inside Safari).
- Scroll down to Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm and reopen the site.
2. Try incognito / private mode
Incognito mode opens the browser without extensions or cache. If the site loads fine there, the issue is with the cache or a browser extension.
- Chrome: tap the three dots → New incognito tab.
- Safari: tap the tabs icon → choose Private.
3. Check your connection
A site that won't load may simply be a weak signal. Try:
- Switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi (or vice versa).
- Opening another page to confirm you have internet.
- If you're in an area with a weak signal, wait until you have better coverage.
4. Try a different browser
If the problem persists, install Chrome or Firefox and open the site there. This rules out whether it's a bug specific to your usual browser.
5. If the problem is in a specific section
Sometimes only part of the site fails (for example the store or the community feed). If that's your case, write to us with as much information as possible:
- Phone model (e.g., iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy A53).
- Operating system version (iOS 17, Android 13, etc.).
- Browser and version.
- Which section fails and what you see.
- A screenshot if you can take one.
With that information we can reproduce the error and fix it faster.
Still not working?
Write to us at /contact with the details mentioned above. If it's a bug affecting multiple users, we prioritize it immediately.
