I can't download my PDF
You bought a product in the store and the file won't download or won't open. Don't worry — the file is still there. Follow these steps and you'll have your download in a few minutes.
1. Go to /mis-compras and generate a new download
Download links have a validity window for security. If several hours have passed since you bought (or you closed the tab before downloading), the original link no longer works.
- Go to
/shop/my-purchases. - Find the corresponding order.
- Click "Generate new download".
- A fresh link will be created. Download the file right away.
2. If the PDF downloads but won't open
The file reached your device but the viewer doesn't recognize it. Try this:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) is usually the most reliable reader. Download it from Adobe's official site.
- On Mac: the "Preview" app opens most PDFs without any issue.
- On Windows: you can open the PDF directly in Edge or Chrome by dragging the file to the browser window.
- If none of these work, the file may have downloaded incomplete. Delete it and try again.
3. Problems from mobile
On mobile devices, large files sometimes fail mid-download, especially on unstable connections or limited mobile data.
- Try from a laptop or desktop computer with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- If you only have your phone, make sure you have a good signal or connect to Wi-Fi before downloading.
- On iPhone, the file is saved in "Files"; look for it there if you don't see it in the gallery.
4. If the file appears corrupted
If you downloaded the file but it's corrupted (won't open in any reader, shows blank pages, or gives an error), the problem may be with the original file. In that case there's nothing more you can try on your end.
