How to reach us

Use the contact form at /contact. It's the most direct way and lets us keep an organized record of your case.

What to include in your message

The more information you give us, the faster we can help. Depending on the type of problem:

For store or payment issues:

  • Order number (found in /shop/my-purchases).
  • Payment method you used (card, PayPal, SPEI, or OXXO).
  • Screenshot of the charge or receipt if applicable.

For account or access issues:

  • The email address you registered with.
  • Whether you use Google sign-in or email and password.

For site errors:

  • Description of what you did and what you saw.
  • Which section it happened in (store, community, church directory, etc.).
  • Screenshots if you can take them.
  • Device model and browser if the problem is visual or related to loading.

In all cases:

  • Never include your password in the form or in any other message.

Response time

We typically respond within 24 to 72 business hours. Weekends and holidays may add some delay. If your case is urgent (for example, a charge you don't recognize), mention it in the subject line so we can prioritize it.
