Sign in and recover my password
If you already have an account on EncuentraIglesias, signing in is quick. If you forgot your password, the reset process takes less than five minutes.
Sign in
- Go to the sign-in screen.
- Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.
- If you registered your account with Google, click Continue with Google instead of entering a password.
Your session usually stays active for 7 days. After that time, or if you manually sign out, you'll need to sign in again.
I forgot my password
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email you registered with and click Send link.
- Check your inbox: you'll receive an email with a reset link.
- Click the link (valid for 1 hour) and enter your new password twice.
- Sign in with your new password.
Important: the reset link only works once. If you use it, or if it expires, you'll need to request a new one from step 1.
If you registered with Google
Accounts created with Google don't have their own password in EI. If you can't sign in, the issue is with your Google account, not with EI. Recover your Google access through Google's platform and then click Continue with Google again.
