Change my name, photo, and bio
Your profile is the face other community members see when you comment or post in the feed. You can edit it at any time from /en/perfil.
How to get to your profile
- Sign in.
- Click your avatar in the top right corner of the site.
- Select My profile from the menu.
- Click the Edit profile button.
Fields you can edit

None of these fields are required except the public name, which must have at least 2 characters.
Profile photo
On EncuentraIglesias you don't upload personal photos. Instead, we use a catalog of illustrated avatars. This is an intentional privacy decision: it protects your identity within the community.
To change your avatar, go to /en/help/articulo/cuenta/elegir-avatar. The avatar you choose is what appears on your profile and in all your posts.
What information is private?
Your email and your registration method (email or Google) are never shown to other users. Only you can see them on the profile screen.
Saving changes
When you're done editing, click Save. Changes take effect immediately across the entire platform.
If you're unsure what information to share, remember that your public name doesn't have to be your real name — you can use a nickname or just your first name.
