Sign out of all my devices
Sometimes we forget to sign out on a work computer, lend our phone, or worse — lose it. If you think someone else might be inside your account, act quickly — here's what to do.
The fastest way: change your password
EncuentraIglesias doesn't yet have a "sign out all sessions" button in the profile, but there's an equally effective solution: when you change your password, all active sessions are automatically invalidated. Any device where you were signed in will need to log back in with the new password — including the one that's no longer in your hands.
Steps:
- Go to [/en/help/articulo/cuenta/iniciar-sesion-recuperar-password] and follow the password recovery flow.
- You'll receive an email with a secure, single-use link.
- Create a new password, different from the previous one.
- That's it — all previous sessions are closed at that moment.
If you don't remember your current password, the same recovery flow works: you don't need to know the old one to set a new one.
If you signed in with Google
If you use Google sign-in, there's no EI password to change. In that case, protection comes from your Google account:
- Go to myaccount.google.com → Security → Your devices.
- Sign out of any devices you don't recognize.
- If you have bigger concerns, consider changing your Google password — that also signs you out of EI.
Suspect unauthorized access?
Changing your password is the first step, but not the only one. Also check:
- That your recovery email is still yours.
- Recent posts in /community — in case someone published something without your permission.
- Your purchases in /shop/my-purchases — to catch any unusual activity.
If you believe someone else has access to your account, in addition to changing your password we recommend contacting /contact with the details of what you observed. The EncuentraIglesias team can review recent activity and help you secure your account.
