Store Terms

1. Digital products

All products in the store are downloadable digital content (PDFs, eBooks, planners) delivered electronically once payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery

Upon payment confirmation you will receive unique download links via email. Links do not expire and allow up to 5 downloads per file (anti-abuse limit). Registered users have permanent, unlimited access to their digital library.

3. No-refund policy

Given the digital, immediately-delivered nature of our products:

• No refunds or returns are granted after purchase is completed.
• Payment confirmation grants immediate access to the material, making its return impossible.
• By completing the purchase you expressly agree to this policy.

4. Exceptions

We will review a refund in the following cases only:

• Accidental duplicate charge (the same order billed twice or more): refund of the duplicated charge.
• Technically defective file that our support team cannot resolve within 7 business days.

To request a review, write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Waiver of right of withdrawal (EU / UK)

Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations, you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent. By completing the purchase you grant such consent.

6. License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use. Prohibited: redistribution, resale, online publication, sharing download links, or any commercial use.

7. Intellectual property

All store content (text, design, illustrations, compilations) is the property of the operating entity identified in our general Terms of Use, and is protected under international copyright law.

9. Jurisdiction
