In this autumn season, when nature gives us a bountiful harvest, we can also reflect on the 'harvest' of our work and vocation. Each day, you sow thoughts, actions, and dedication into your daily tasks. Perhaps you do not work in a field, but every email, every meeting, and every task is a seed you can plant. As you work with dedication, remember that you do it not only for human rewards, but as an act of worship. When you face challenges or monotony in your employment, transform those moments into opportunities to show gratitude. Ask yourself: how can I glorify God through this labor? At the end of the day, just as with harvests, the quality of your work will be the reflection of your heart. What fruits do you desire to grow in your life and in the lives of those around you?
