Harvesting Generosity in Every Encounter

"There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty."

— Proverbs 11:24

💭 Reflection

In this autumn season, the harvest time reminds us that everything we receive comes from God's generosity. Just as the trees abound with fruit, you too can be a source of blessing to those around you. Generosity is not only about giving money or goods, but also time, love, and a listening ear. In a world that often promotes selfishness, you have the opportunity to make a difference. Think about how you can open your hand today: perhaps by helping a neighbor, sharing a meal, or simply listening to a friend in need. In giving, you experience the wonderful paradox that this act of letting go enriches you more than you imagine. Do not cling to what you have; instead, let go and watch how God multiplies those blessings in your life and in the lives of others.

🙏 Prayer of the Day

Lord, help me to be a channel of your generosity. May my life reflect your love by giving without expecting anything in return. Amen.
