Sowing Hope in the Sunny Afternoon

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."

— Galatians 6:9

💭 Reflection

In this warm summer, when many enjoy rest and creation, it is easy to lose sight of purpose amid pleasure. Patience and perseverance are like seeds we plant in the garden of our lives; they require time and care to grow. As you relax under the sun, ask yourself: what good am I sowing in my life and in the lives of others? Perhaps it is quality time with loved ones, helping someone in need, or cultivating a new skill. This vacation time is not only a moment of leisure but a divine opportunity to build what truly matters. Even if the fruits do not come immediately, remember that the harvest will come in due season, as long as you do not lose heart. Allow yourself to enjoy creation, but never forget that every small act of good has the power to transform lives, starting with your own.

🙏 Prayer of the Day

Lord, help me to be patient and persevering in good works. May this summer time be an opportunity to sow hope in myself and in others. Amen.
