Reborn as Children of the Most High

"For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father."

— Romans 8:15

💭 Reflection

In this month of the father, let us reflect on our identity in Christ as adopted children of the Most High God. The apostle Paul reminds us that we are not slaves to fear, but have been called into an intimate relationship with the heavenly Father. When you cry 'Abba, Father,' you are acknowledging not only His fatherhood but also the unconditional love He has for you. In a world that often defines us by our failures and struggles, it is vital to remember that your true identity is found in being a son or daughter of God. This identity transforms how you see yourself and how you face each day. In your moments of challenge, remember that your Father is present, ready to guide and embrace you. Allow that truth to fill your heart with hope and propel you to live with purpose and courage in every action.

🙏 Prayer of the Day

Dear Father, thank You for adopting me as Your child. Help me to live in the truth of who I am in You, trusting in Your love and guidance each day. Amen.
