In this Holy Week, we reflect on the profound implication of the sacrifice represented by the Cross. God promises us that He is doing something new in our lives, something that may seem impossible amidst routine and adversity. Think about how, at times, we cling to the old, afraid of the new, when in reality we only need to open our hearts to His transforming work. As we approach the resurrection, remember that each day is an opportunity to be reborn, to leave behind what does not serve you and embrace what God has prepared for you. What aspect of your life needs a new beginning? Allow Him to guide you to those rivers of life that flow even in the deserts of your existence.
