Flowers in the Ice: New Beginnings
"Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."
— Isaiah 43:19
💭 Reflection
The start of a new year or the arrival of winter may seem like somber moments, but they are also perfect opportunities for renewal. God invites us to see beyond what is visible, to appreciate the hidden potential in the seasons of our lives. Just as nature prepares to be reborn in spring, you too can begin again. Reflect on your longings and purposes—perhaps a relationship you want to strengthen, a habit you wish to cultivate, or a passion you have set aside. God promises that He "will do a new thing," meaning there is always room for a fresh start, no matter how cold or difficult the current circumstances may seem. The key is to open your eyes and heart, ready to recognize the path He has already prepared for you. This winter is merely the backdrop for your new story.
🙏 Prayer of the Day
Lord, I thank You for the new beginnings You offer me. Help me to see opportunities in the midst of difficulties and to trust in Your steps for my life. Amen.
