At the start of this year, many of us seek new goals and purposes, caught up in the whirlwind of daily activity. Yet God invites us into a space of calm and rest in Him. The winter season reminds us that nature also needs time to rest and renew. Just as plants shed their leaves to conserve energy, you too can allow yourself a moment of pause. Reflect on what you carry in your life: anxieties, worries, or even the expectations others have placed on you. God offers you the opportunity to lay all that at His feet and enter His rest. This is not just physical rest, but a deep spiritual rest that allows you to be renewed and prepared for what is to come. By choosing to trust in His grace, you will find strength to face each new day with hope and clarity.
